Located in Corporate Plaza, next Miyako Sushi Restaurant on Kirby, between Highway 59 & Richmond.
Parking
You may park anywhere within the Corporate Plaza parking lot, and if the valet has set up cones, just tell them that you are coming to Chrysalis and they will move the cones for you.
Appointments
We recommend that you book your appointments in advance to ensure that you receive your requested date.
Wait List
In the event that your desired date is no available, we would be more than happy to put you on our wait list so that we may possibly accommodate in the event of a cancellation.
Check-In
Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you the opportunity to relax a few moments before your services begin.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require an 8 hour cancellation notice. If less than 8 hours notice is given for spa services, gift certificates, or series treatments a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will be charged the full amount of services booked.
Expiration Dates
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.
Medical Condition & Special Needs
Your comfort and well being are important to us. Prior to receiving your spa services please inform us about any medical conditions. To better serve our “mothers to be” we ask that you inform our receptionists of the length of your term and your expected due date so that extra care and precautions may be taken.
Children
As a courtesy to other spa clients, children are not allowed in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the reception area.
Cell Phones and Pagers
We ask that cell phones and pagers remain off or on vibrate during the duration of your visit as a courtesy to other spa clients during their time of relaxation.
Gratuities
Treatment prices do not include gratuity and are accepted in appreciation of outstanding services. Typical gratuities for spa services begin at 15%.
